Apple said macOS Mojave will provide more than just visual changes, and will feature a new Mac app store. A tool called Stacks groups files of the same type into stacks on the desktop. There is now a new view called Gallery view, which puts a large preview of the files including photos, PDFs, presentations and slides. Plus you can see all the meta data for your photos in a sidebar. Not anymore - in Mojave, apps like Finder, iTunes and even Xcode, will have a dark interface option.

The Mac App Store has also gone through a facelift.
Towards the end of the keynote speed, Apple's Craig Federighi debunked speculation that the firm plans to merge macOS with iOS. It also has the same name as my cat, so good choice Apple. The new Dark Mode includes a darker desktop background and darker colors in all of the menus and settings. The new iOS is set to enhance the performance and responsiveness of the company's line of smartphone devices.
