Along with some nice rumbles of thunder, a few storms may produce hail at times.
Saturday night: A 50 percent chance of showers, low around 46.
The best chance for rain is late Friday night into Saturday. Skies will remain rather cloudy I do think we'll see some peeks of sunshine mixed in.
Later Sunday night, we'll have to keep our eye on the northern sky for a storm or two that will try to go up.
Showers and a few storms will continue throughout the overnight. Highs will be in the upper 60s and lower 79s on Saturday. We are about to enter a rather unsettled period of weather for Central PA. This afternoon could see isolated thunderstorms develop with associated gusty winds/small hail possible. Scattered rain showers early in the morning.
Morning showers should clear for the Jennian Homes Mother's Day Fun Run/Walk at Hamilton Park in Gore. Get ready for highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s by Sunday with little chance for rain in the Upstate. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent. Otherwise, partly sunny, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 76.
Look for the risk of showers or thunderstorms each day into next week.
