The wrestler praised WWE and Finn Balor for their support, as well as thanking fans for supporting her WrestleMania debut.

Rousey entered the ring with tag-team partner and WWE legend Kurt Angle, to square up against Stephanie McMahon and her husband, Triple H, People magazine noted.

Ronda Rousey and Stephanie McMahon at the press conference announcing WWE Wrestlemania 35 returning to METLIFE Stadium in 2019. As Rousey walked down the ramp, dressed in her "Rowdy" Roddy Piper jacket, white sports bra with Rowdy across the front and kilt-like skirt, there was the childlike smile and a wave as she took in the massive crowd. In January, she signed a multiyear deal with the WWE, and on Sunday, Rousey made her professional wrestling debut at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans.

Among the topics that WWE needs to address is who will be Brock Lesnar's next opponent after he successfully retained his Universal Championship in a bloody bout against Roman Reigns in the Wrestlemania 34 main event.

According to the WWE match report, McMahon initially managed to defend against Rousey's "dreaded" arm bar, but when Rousey finally found her target, McMahon tapped out in seconds. She ended Asuka's heralded undefeated streak at WrestleMania 34, confirming her standing with the company.

In the last minutes of the match, both Stephanie and Triple H tried to give pedigree to Angle and Rousey, respectively. After ending her UFC career with two major losses, the former champion seemed to have lost her way - until now.

But it was not a smart move as Rousey exploded with rage and threw her rival into the ringside barricade.

A day removed from the event and Rousey is still celebrating her accomplishment.

"I owe the WWE universe an apology, because I thought they were going to boo me out of the building from day one", she said. I'm just so grateful, man.

Strowman told on-screen RAW General Manager Kurt Angle: "It pains me to even think about this, much less say it".

What makes Cone's involvement in the match more interesting is that he was the referee during the April 2017 match between Braun Strowman and Big Show that saw the ring collapse. Women were applauding, children were popping, and the guys were...well, they were ogling, but they were also yelling "Yeah!"

"We've seen this formula fail before, but not on Sunday night".
