The Hollywood Reporter-Billboard Media Group announced she would be honoured earlier today in a statement that credited the former Disney star as a selfless artist, after bravely speaking out about her kidney transplant earlier this year.

Gomez and The Weeknd started dating back in January, and got many fans excited when they were seen kissing outside Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles.

She added, "You're isolated, you're being looked at, you're being judged, and I'm always trying to be nice, I want to be great-that's genuinely who I am deep down, but it just seemed pointless".

The insider said: "Justin really wants to get back with Selena".

Even though Francia knew Selena was feeling under the weather, it was a small moment when Selena got home one day that made Francia realize her bff's health struggles were more serious than she ever thought.

Several sources told People that the breakup was due to the couple's busy schedules.

"I'm honest with where I am, as much as I want to be, I'm willing to share what I want to share", she began.

While Gomez "always made an effort" to attend his shows when she could, "that played a part in them getting distant", adds the insider. The new kidney was turning around inside her body because one of the arteries had flipped.

The surgery, she said, was successful but then things took a turn for the worse.

Hollywood Life also had a source as saying: "Selena literally has a second chance at life after her lifesaving kidney transplant, and her family and friends are anxious that she is using her time to get back in contact with Justin".

According to the previous report of US Weekly, a source close to Gomez told the publication, "The ball is in Selena's court right now". "I am beyond grateful that God would trust me with something that not only saved a life, but changed mine in the process", she said. "My life, my energy is better".

In September, Gomez shared news of her kidney transplant in an Instagram post.

"I don't think what we went through was easy. I'm very grateful that there are people who know what to do in that situation".
