EA has been busy trying to manage a huge backlash concerning its recent Star Wars Battlefront II release. A day after the iconic gaming studio penned the most downvoted comment on Reddit, miffed gamers are reporting EA has nixed the Battlefront 2 refund button from its site. It will be added to the newest Call of Duty game next week. There aren't any pay-to-win mechanics either.

The update has gone live today, causing many early reviews to be taken down and re-evaluated based on this newly tuned progression system.

A constant barrage of objections from consumers has forced EA to change their policies, but only to an extent that still works in their favor.

EA acknowledged the anger over its character pricing in a statement on Monday.

Spoilers ahead for Star Wars Battlefront II. Running on DICE's frighteningly beautiful Frostbite engine, it's one of the most graphical accomplished games we've seen running on current-gen tech. At the very least, Star Wars fans who normally don't play video games now have a reason to care about this one.

Make sure to change course regularly!

StarCraft 2 continues the saga of the Protoss, Terran and Zerg. It's essential that you follow the directions in the app, which take you step-by-step through setup.

Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi will be released in UK cinemas on December 14, 2017. For those of you looking forward to playing the Star Wars game you've been waiting for, thank you, too.

Iden Versio, a captive on the Rebel Mon Calamari Star Cruiser Invincible Faith, is interrogated by the starship's captain, who implores Iden to hand over secret codes to unlock an intercepted Imperial transmission. That didn't exactly sit well with fans, who took to the internet and social media to voice their displeasure. You get to battle Darth Bane, Kylo Ren, and Darth Vader with both your lightsaber and some Force powers you acquire along the way. While blindly focusing upon unlocking each of them will probably see you able to do so in around 6 - 7 hours, in order to succeed in Battlefront 2's multiplayer modes you're also going to want to spend some of those credits upon purchasing supply crates in order to unlock Star Cards. It's an authenticity that trumps even the sheen and shine of the first game, offering up a game that's as immersive and enchanting to inhabit as the films that ultimately inspire it and every corner. EA explained in another Reddit comment that it wanted people to keep playing Battlefront 2 for a long time and hero costs were set to reflect that goal.
