This week's Fear the Walking Dead was a breathless and gripping hour of action. There will be a new showrunner.

Were you shocked to lose the Ofelia character at this point in the show's run, and where do you think that the story on the show is going to go from here? "You and me, we're more alike than you think", Troy says.

It's not going to be a big Arrowverse-style mash-up, though.

The panel wasn't complete without an exclusivee sneak peek clip from the upcoming season to whet the appetite of fans inside the walls of Madison Square Garden. The news comes courtesy of Polygon.

In the comics, the antagonist's history was revealed in a stand-alone volume, Here's Negan. But maybe they're planning this crossover because it's something fans have called for, for a long time.

Alicia does seem to be pretty capable of taking care of herself. She still says she wants to be on her own.

But for now, we can speculate to our heart's content!

Just recently, The Walking Dead producer Gale Anne Hurd stated that she didn't think a Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead crossover would happen. Her find of some potatoes at a burger joint is lost when some Infected wander in, followed by a woman who kills them and takes some trophies-fingers and teeth. Kirkman has confirmed that there WILL be a crossover between the two shows.

Speaking of relationships, there were some interesting moments with Troy and Nick tonight. With rumors of AMC and co. aiming for 20 Seasons (or more), who knows what the future holds. "One character is going to go from one show that I will not name and appear on another show that I will not name". "And I was like, 'That's insane!' But kind of awesome at the same time".

He took the pain meds that the others had gotten for Ofelia. Ofelia makes Madison promise to bring her to her father. She hides in a children's ball pit and gets attacked by a little girl walker but survives.

They end up doing "shots" of brain stem. However, Nick thrives in this new world. Probably the writers are having fun teasing the audience about these two as well!

The Walking Dead returns to AMC on October 22.

- Reedus added: "This is a huge season coming up".

It could be a great opportunity to flesh out a character who isn't so much in the spotlight, like Enid, Rosita or Jesus. They have to fight to take back their freedom so that they can live - so that they can rebuild.

Of course, things could change. The woman reiterates that she doesn't make friends. But, Strand has already told the Proctor about the dam.
