So the rain at Michigan Stadium may have affected Michigan's offense a bit.

Harbaugh will give John O'Korn his second straight start when the 17th-ranked Wolverines (4-1, 1-1 Big Ten) play at IN (3-2, 0-2) on Saturday. It doesn't matter what the Wolverines do the remainder of this season, the trash talk around the water cooler heard from MSU fans toward Michigan's faithful is going to be insufferable.

There are two overriding story lines, which were revealed during Michigan State's 14-10 victory over Michigan Saturday night. He completed 16 of 35 pass attempts for 198 yards and was intercepted on three consecutive series in the second half. Dowell anchored the Spartans' secondary, and controlled John O'Korn all game long.

Head coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed the news Tuesday during his weekly Big Ten coaches teleconference, saying that Harris - a Grand Rapids native - is back on offense and is working back from a hamstring injury.

MI quarterback John O'Korn, starting in place of injured Wilton Speight, threw three second-half interceptions. Regardless of conditions, that's not how a quarterback needs to play in a huge game like this.

SHUTTING IT DOWN: Michigan has not allowed its first four opponents to score in the fourth quarter and is allowing just 13.5 points per game. The Wolverines won in East Lansing past year. The Spartans took advantage of a turnover later in the quarter to take the lead.

The No. 7 Wolverines turn the ball over five times, but still throw a last-second heave to the end zone that hits the turf, ultimately giving the Spartans a 14-10 win. Before Michigan can control the Big Ten, it has to first prove it can control its state. Over the last 10 meetings, the Spartans are actually 7-3 overall and 9-1 against the spread. Sure three of those losses have come in agonizing fashion, but the bottom line is MI lost the games.

For the sixth time in the six weeks of the college football season, Saturday Night Football will be the most-watched prime time game of the week when viewership is reported on Tuesday.
