The Cupertino-based technology giant claims that the new iPhone X is "the biggest leap forward since the original iPhone" and that it "will set the path of technology for the next decade". However, the phone comes with a hefty price tag: $999 for the base model, which includes 64GB of internal storage. The 8 has a 4.7-inch display while the 8 Plus is bigger at 5.5 inches.
As for the screen, the X is equipped with a 5.8-inch OLED display called the "Super Retina Display" which packs a resolution of 2436 x 1125 pixels. Users can also reach Siri by simply saying "Hey Siri" or by pressing the side button. It links up with your iPhone network, so you don't need to memorize a different number. It has 458 pixel per inch, which has the highest pixel density of any smartphone in the iPhone line.
Around the back there's a dual-lens 12MP camera, vertically aligned, to produce photos and videos that Apple says are sharper and better than ever.
The iPhone 8 64GB variant will be priced at Rs 64,000.

It's also added a barometric altimeter. Then there is an ambient light sensor, speaker, microphone, proximity sensor and front camera. Both will have glass on the front and back and come with wireless charging, called qi (pronounced chi).
The new iPhone also comes with a seriously powerful new camera.
