Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is all set to announce Class 10 (SSC) board exam results for the year 2017 today. So candidates must watch the official site mahresults.nic.in for every hour. As per official figures available around 10 to 12 percent of the students appearing the Maharashtra Board Examinations for Class 10 fail the examination. Putting these rumours to rest, MSBSHSE has issued a statement, saying, "The State board has yet not declared any date for declaring the result of SSC 2017". In HSC results, which has declared last week, the highest number of candidates have qualified in Konkan division.

The exam was held at 4,728 centres across the state and students will need to score at least 35 per cent in each subject to clear the class 10 Maharashtra Board exams.

Maharashtra State Board is easily one of the largest boards in the country, with almost 30 lakh students writing the SSC and HSC examinations each year. But, the state board will only declare the date of any result a day prior to the actual date. The total pass percentage of female candidates is 93.05, and it is 86.65 for male candidates.
